What the day involves:

  • Coffee & pastries on arrival
  • All ingredients are provided
  • Unless otherwise specified, classes are a combination of a talk or demo, then plenty of hands-on cooking
  • Wine or Local Ale is supplied at lunch to accompany the meal you have cooked (Full Day Course Only)
  • Any food not eaten can be taken home
  • A recipe booklet
  • A maximum of 9 guests
  • There will be plenty of time to ask your culinary questions, and to pick up tips from the professionals so that you can take the stress out of cooking at home.
  • We do the washing up!

  • A notebook and pen (Optional)
